I wouldn't call myself a hoarder per se but I do tend to get attached to things that carry significant memories with them.
What can I say? I am a collector at heart. I see treasures in the simplest of things. Photos, cards, gifts, receipts, old letters, stones from enchanted forests, anything that represent an emotion or a place in time. I see the beauty of the Universe in everything I behold.

However these things soon become clutter and a pain to get rid of.
And as I contemplate the things I have collected over the past 4 years I am now faced with the task of getting rid of the things that no longer serve me and fitting the rest into boxes and suitcases.
It's funny how we allow our emotions to manifest themselves physically. I am not sure how I got the this place but somehow I managed to collect a decades worth of clothes and shoes and other assorted items in the space of 4 years.
Shopaholic doesn't even begin to describe my affliction (at which point I have a box full of Shopaholic books to send home). But the time has come to bless and release all these things which represent my transformation from who I was before to who I am to become.
How quickly we become weighed down by things which only mask our true selves. We carry around opinions, assumptions and perceptions every single day. Wearing them as jewelry, clothes, shoes. When the only item we can take with us into the next dimension vibrates at such a high frequency that our eyes have yet to behold its wonder.
'Things' cannot fit into the Merkaba and they will not survive the evolutionary shift that is to come. Man-made devices, toys and gadgets have no significance in the hereafter. And those who become so attached to them that they become a part of themselves will only be left behind.
As Badu said, "you go'n miss the bus dragging all them bags like that".
When did we get so conditioned that we began to place a higher value on material things than on our own spiritual evolution?
I have seen the light and am now in the process of getting light-er. Load-shedding. Clearing the way for only positive vibrations. Getting rid of all low frequency vibrations. Letting go of density and negativity.
So here's to me letting go of everything that doesn't serve my higher purpose. Including thoughts, memories, ideas, things and people.
Hopefully with my meditation, healing techniques and Letting Go affirmations when the time comes...
iNi
will be fully prepared to let it all go and just go.
